This is the schedule for Saturday October 15th at Poway High School.
Performance @ 7:30 p.m.
–Everyone 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. @ MVHS (Football Stadium) for morning rehearsal
–eCrew will need to help load at 11:00 a.m.
–Dismissal/Break from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for lunch (Students can go home….shower/eat/get ready)
–Call time back @ MVHS is 1:00 p.m.
–Load buses for Poway HS @ 1:45 p.m.
–Depart for Poway HS by 2:15 p.m. (Maybe even by 2:00 p.m.)
–Arrive at Poway HS no later than 3:30 p.m.
-Unload buses on arrival and head to stadium to watch bands (Students should bring money for food as we will be eating an early dinner at the stadium before our performance.)
–Performance @ 7:30 p.m.
–Awards @ 9:00 p.m.
–Depart Poway HS between 10:00 and 10:30 p.m.
–Arrive back at MVHS around 11:30 p.m.
