8:30 to 11:00 a.m. – Everyone @ MVHS Football Stadium (A.M. Rehearsal before our show.)
11:00 a.m. – Load Semi (eCrew)
1:30 p.m. – Call time for EVERYONE (Show @ Mt. Carmel HS)
2:00 – 2:15 p.m. – Leave for Mt. Carmel HS
3:30 p.m. – Arrive at Mt. Carmel HS
6:30 p.m. – Performance at Mt. Carmel HS
9:45 p.m. – Awards Ceremony
10:30 p.m. – Depart Mt. Carmel HS
11:30 – 11:45 p.m. – Return to MVHS
Ticket prices for the Mt. Carmel show are as follows:
Kids 12 and under: $8
Kids 3 and under: FREE
And of course…There will be several vendors there selling food!
Students should eat a nice, big lunch before departing to Mt. Carmel HS. After our performance, we will come back to the stadium for the awards ceremony. There will be lots of time for everyone to grab dinner at the stadium, so please bring money for dinner!
