Volunteers Needed

Parents and other family members:

One of our biggest fundraisers of the year, Our Spring Beale Street Bingo, is coming up on May 4 . We need help from both parents and students for a successful event.

A few ways parents can help:

• sell tickets in advance
• promote the event through social media and word of mouth
• donate an item or two for the raffle baskets and snack table (or better yet, get a local business to donate)
• volunteer to work the event (even an hour will help!)

Students can help:

All band and guard members should plan to help at Bingo Night with set up (9th and 10th graders) and clean up (11th and 12th graders).

Students will be able to earn community service hours for graduation. Sign Ups are in the Band Room.
